The Ultimate Access Pass is for access to all Live Nation show between January 1 and December 31 2010 at the designate Ultimate Access Pass Venue. Some venue have private or other party show, that will no have access to Ultimate Access Pass holders.

You can take a different guest to each and every show if you want. The pass will be issued to only you (non-transferable) but you get to take whomever you want as long as they meet any required age restrictions for the show attending.
