What is Megaticket?
It is a multi-show "subscription series" of country shows at Susquehanna Bank Center taking place this summer. The shows and price levels are listed below. The prices include one ticket to each show in the subscription. One Megaticket, for example, includes one ticket to each of the five shows coming to the Susquehanna Bank Center PLUS one lawn voucher to the XTU Anniversary Show PLUS additional incentives depending on the package purchased. If you choose one of the reserved seat packages, you will receive the SAME SEAT for all five shows (except for the XTU Anniversary Show, which you will receive a lawn voucher).

When and Where do Megatickets go on sale?
The public on-sale for the 2012 Megaticket is Saturday, February 4th 10am. There will also be a pre-sale through XTU and a previous buyer pre-sale if you purchased last year. The Previous Buyers pre-sale begins Tuesday, January 31st at 10 am and the Radio pre-sale begins Wednesday, February 1st at 10am. All Pre-sales will end on Friday, February 3rd at 10pm.

Megatickets can only be purchased online at www.megaticket.com or www.925xtu.com They are available for a limited time only, while supplies last.

Pricing Per Package?
There are four different packages – Platinum, Gold, Silver and Lawn. Each package offers different incentives.

How many can I order?
There is a limit of nine (9) Megaticket Packages per person. The limit is in place so that the system is fair and more people are able to participate.

Can I order tickets even if I don't have internet access?
Yes, you can call ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 and someone will be glad to take your order via phone. No pre-sale tickets available through phone.

How do I place Handicap Accessible orders?
On-line purchasers, please click on the accessible button on the right of the order page. You will be directed to fill in some information and a ticket representative will contact you regarding the order. To purchase by phone, call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 or the venue box office

What if my friend and I both want to sit together but want to order separately?
Please combine them into one order on one credit card. Orders that come in separately cannot be guaranteed seating together.

Can I choose my seat location?
You may choose your package level. Orders are filled on a "best available" basis within any package level. You will see your seat locations prior to finalizing the sale.

Will I be given my exact seat locations before I am charged?
Yes, except on the general admission lawn.

What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

I am having a problem with my credit card…
Please call your card-issuing bank to resolve problems with your card. We are not able to process a card that is being declined. If you do not see a confirmation code, you have not been charged.

How do I know if my order was received?
You will receive a confirmation email and an on screen confirmation number after your order is completed. Save your order number in case you need it in the future. If you do not find your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your Bulk Mail folder as some ISP’s may automatically file our emails into this folder.

Will I receive my Megatickets in the mail at the same time?
All ticket packages will be sent priority mail on May 8th.

What is a lawn voucher for the Anniversary Show mean?
All you need to do is simply bring your voucher to the venue box office at XTU Anniversary show and redeem it for a lawn ticket to get in.

VIP CLUB – What is this?
The VIP Club is used by sponsors, season ticket holders and venue VIP’s and Megaticket platinum package patrons. There is VIP food service, cash bar, and private restrooms in the VIP club. There will be ONE VIP Club pass (food for each show) sent with each Megaticket platinum package purchased.

Only Megaticket packages are available to purchase at this time. No individual show tickets for these performances are available for sale at this time.
