What is the Megaticket?
It is a multi-show "subscription series" of country shows at Toyota Pavilion in 2008. The shows and price levels are listed below. The prices include 1 ticket to each show in the subscription. One Megaticket, for example, includes 1 ticket to each of the 4 shows coming to the Toyota Pavilion

Are there different packages available?
Yes, there are three different packages - Platinum, Gold and Green. Each package offers different incentives. The package breakdowns are below.

*1 premier parking pass will be sent for up to 3 Megatickets ordered. So if you order 1, 2 or 3 Megatickets, you will receive 1 premier parking passes per show. If you order 4, 5 or 6 Megatickets, you will receive 2 premier parking passes per show. If you order 7, 8 or 9 Megatickets, you will receive 3 premier parking passes per show. Pricing Per Package?
The prices shown are the prices for the 4 show package. For $420 you would get 1 reserved ticket (the same seat) in the 100 level section for each of the 4 concerts along with the amenities listed above. For $325 you would get 1 reserved seat (the same seat) in the 200 level along with the amenities listed above. For $126, you would get 1 lawn ticket to each of the 4 shows plus the amenities above. Applicable handling/service charges will be added to the package price.

How many can I order?
There is a limit of nine (9) Megaticket Packages per person
How do I know if my order was received?
You will receive a confirmation email and an on-screen confirmation number after your order is completed. Save your order number in case you need it in the future.
Will I be given my exact seat locations before I am charged?
Yes; unless you have purchased a lawn ticket where seats are not reserved.
I am having a problem with my credit card...
Please call your card-issuing bank to resolve problems with your card. We are not able to process a card that is being declined. If you do not see a confirmation code, you have not been charged.
How will I get my Megatickets?
You will receive your tickets by mail in advance of the concert dates and at the latest, 2 days before the first show. All shows and amenities are sent out in 1 mailing.

Can I order tickets even if I don't have internet access?

How do I place Handicap Accessible Orders?
There will be a link on the ticket pages to a web form that can be filled out. The form will go to our customer service department and they will help you process the order.
What if my friend and I both want to sit together but want to order separately?
Please combine them into one order on one credit card. Orders that come in separately cannot be guaranteed seating together.
Can I choose my seat location?
Orders are filled on a "best available" basis within any level or section number. You will see your seat locations prior to finalizing the sale.
