Pricing Per Package?
The prices shown are the prices for one ticket to each of the six shows included in the Megaticket package.
Handling Fee? There is a per order handling fee. Once you place your order and before the sale is final you will be told your total charge.
How many can I order?
There is a limit of four (4) Megaticket packages per person. Multiple separate orders received from the same person that takes you over the 4 package limit will be voided without notice. The limit is in place to make the system fair so more people are able to participate.
How do I know if my order was received? You will receive a confirmation email and an on screen confirmation number after your order is completed. Save your order number in case you need it in the future. (If you do not find your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your bulk mail folder as some ISP's may automatically file our emails into this folder.)
When do Megatickets go on sale?
Monday, march 2 at 9 am at www.megaticket.com They are only available for a limited time while supplies last. Quantities at each package level are limited and sold on a first come first serve basis.
I had the Megaticket last year and was told I could renew my seats?
A postcard and an email went out to last year’s purchasers with the link and password. Pre-sale orders will be accepted beginning Wednesday, February 25 at 9am, with the password.
I did no receive my postcard or email, what do I do? Please call our office at 919.831.6400 to verify last year's order. We will need your name and email address that you used last year in order to verify your order. Once we can verify your order we will instantly give you your password and logon information. You will not be guaranteed your same seats as last year in this presale.
Will I be given exact seat locations before I am charged? Yes.
I am having a problem with my credit card… Please call your card-issuing bank to resolve problems with your card. We are not able to process a card that is being declined.
What payment methods are accepted? Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
Will I receive all of the individual tickets in the mail at the same time? Most likely, but not necessarily. You will receive your tickets in advance of the concert dates. Orders will be mailed out starting 45 days from purchase.

Can I order tickets even if I don't have internet access?
Yes. You can call the box office at 919.831.6400 and someone will be glad to take your order via phone. If no one is available you can leave a message and someone will get back with you regarding your order.
Accessible Orders?
Please click on the accessible button at the bottom of the order page. You will be directed to fill in some information and a ticket representative will contact you regarding your order. You may also call the venue box office directly at 919.831.6400.
What if my friend and I both want to sit together but want to order separately? Please combine them into one order on one credit card. Orders that come in separately cannot be guaranteed seating together.
Can I choose my seat location? You may choose your package. Orders are filled on a "best available" basis within any package. You will see your seat locations prior to finalizing the sale.
VIP Club - What is That? The VIP club is used by sponsors, season ticket holders, venue VIPs’ and Platinum Megaticket package patrons. There will be one (1) VIP club pass per ticket sent with each Platinum Megaticket purchased.
Premier Parking? This is the special parking lot located adjacent to the main entrance to the pavilion. Premier parking is included in the Platinum package only. There will be one (1) premier parking pass for every (2) tickets purchased per package.
