What is Megaticket?
It is a six-show "subscription series" of country shows at Jiffy Lube® Live in 2012. The shows and price levels are listed below. Note that the prices include all shows in the subscription. One Megaticket for Jiffy Lube® Live, for example, includes one ticket to each of the six shows (dates subject to change).

Pricing Per Package?
The prices shown are the prices for the SIX-SHOW PACKAGE. For $129 on the lawn, for example, you'd get one ticket to EACH of SIX shows. Package prices do not include service or shipping & handling charges.

How many can I order?
There is a limit of four (4) Reserved Megatickets per person or six (6) Lawn Megatickets per person. Multiple separate orders received from the same person that take you over the limit will be voided without notice. The limit is in place so that the system is fair and more people are able to participate.

Is there a presale for past Megaticket holders?
An email and a postcard will be mailed to last year's purchasers with the password. Pre-sale orders will be accepted beginning this Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 10am, with the password. If you did not receive your password from either of the above, please call 703-754-6864 M-F 10am-4pm and we can give you your password after we verify some information.

Can I order tickets even if I don't have internet access?
Yes! Please call Ticketmaster’s charge by phone number 800-745-3000.

What if my friend and I both want to sit together but want to order separately?
Please combine them into one order on one credit card. Orders that come in separately cannot be guaranteed seating together.

Can I choose my seat location?
You may choose your package level. Orders are filled on a "best available" basis within any package level. You will see your seat locations prior to finalizing the sale.

Will I be given my exact seat locations before I am charged?
Yes, except on the general admission lawn. .

What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

I am having a problem with my credit card…
Please call your card-issuing bank to resolve problems with your card. We are not able to process a card that is being declined. If you do not see a confirmation code, you have not been charged.

How do I know if my order was received?
You will receive a confirmation email and an on screen confirmation number after your order is completed. Save your order number in case you need it in the future. If you do not find your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your Bulk Mail folder as some ISP’s may automatically file our emails into this folder.

Will I receive my Megatickets in the mail at the same time?
Most likely, but not necessarily. You will receive your tickets in advance of the concert dates. If you have not received your Megatickets two weeks in advance of the first show.

Megaticket Club - What's that?
The Platinum level comes with Orchestra level seating, Premium Parking, and access to the Megaticket Club. The Gold level also comes with Megaticket Club access. There is free food and entertainment located in the Megaticket Club and beverages available for purchase. The Megaticket Club will open one (1) hour before the main gates open to the general public. There will be ONE (1) Megaticket Club Pass (good for each show) sent with each Platinum or Gold level Megaticket purchased.

Premium Parking?
This is the special parking lot located adjacent to the main entrance to the pavilion. Premium Parking is included with the Platinum level Megatickets ONLY. There will be ONE (1) Premium Parking hangtag (good for each show) sent with every TWO (2) Platinum Megatickets purchased.

Is Tailgating allowed?
Tailgating is an important part of the concert experience and we are committed to creating a safe environment that is fan friendly for all of our guests to enjoy. For most fans, tailgating is a time for listening to music while enjoying the company of friends and family. Jiffy Lube® Live will continue to work with the fans to preserve a new fan-friendly tailgating program.

Accessible seating.
Megaticket packages are available for patrons who use wheelchairs or have mobility impairments and their guests, in the following locations and prices:

Megaticket Platinum / Orchestra Sections 1 & 3
These seats are in the right and left sections of the Orchestra, in very close proximity to the stage.
Amenities: Premier Parking and Megaticket Club access Cost: $649 per seat

Megaticket Gold / Section 101
These seats are in the first row of the section, and provide an unobstructed view of the stage.
Amenities: Megaticket Club access Cost: $459 per seat

Megaticket Pavilion locations at Festival Lawn Package price (First Come First Served)
Section 102 / Row X seats are located in the last row of the center section in the 100 level. Views of the stage may be obstructed if patrons, in front of some of these locations, stand during the performance.
Section 203 / Row P seats are located in the last row of the 200 level. They are further from the stage than Section 102, but offer an unobstructed view of the stage.
Cost: $129 per seat

Please note, the above locations are only available for patrons who use wheelchairs or have mobility impairments and their guests. We reserve the right to void any accessible orders placed by patrons who do not have a mobility impairment. Accessible Seating Lawn Packages are available on a First Come First Served basis while supplies last.

Patrons who are hearing impaired, and require the services of a sign language interpreter, may call the Ticketmaster at 703-754-6400 to order tickets.
These seats are located in the first few rows of section 103.

Cost: $459 per seat
