Pricing Per Package?
The prices shown are the prices for the FOUR-SHOW PACKAGE.

How many can I order?
There is a limit of eight (8) Jiffy Lube Megaticket packages per person. Multiple separate orders received from the same person that take you over the 8 package limit will be voided without notice. The limit is in place so that the system is fair and more people are able to participate.

How do I know if my order was received?
You will receive a confirmation email and an on screen confirmation number after your order is completed. Save your order number incase you need it in the future. If you do not find your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your Bulk Mail folder as some ISP's may automatically file our emails into this folder.

When do Jiffy Lube Megaticket packages go on sale?
Tuesday, February 24 at 10AM only at www.megaticket.com. They are only available for a limited time, while supplies last. Quantities at each package level are limited and sold on a first come, first serve basis.

I had the Jiffy Lube Megaticket last year and was told I could pre-order for this year?
An email will go out to last year's purchasers with the link and password for this year's pre-sale. Password protected pre-sale orders will be accepted beginning Friday, February 20 at 10AM through Monday, February 23 at 12PM. The email will be sent out on the Tuesday or Wednesday prior to the pre-sale start date of Friday, 2/20.

I did not receive my poscard or email, what do I do?
If you do not receive your email with the presale link by Thursday, February 19 at noon (eastern time), please call our office at 317.776.8181 (10am-5pm M-F) to verify last year's order. We will need your name and the email address that you used last year when ordering to verify your previous order. Once verified, we will instantly give you this year's password and log on information.

Will I be given my exact seat locations before I am charged?
Yes.

I am having a problem with my credit card…
Please call your card-issuing bank to resolve problems with your card. We are not able to process a card that is being declined.

What credit cards are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover

Will I receive all of the individual tickets in the mail at the same time?
In most cases, yes but sometimes there are exceptions. One constant, you will receive your tickets in advance of the concert dates.

What do I do if I have a question about my order?

Can I order tickets even if I don’t have internet access?
Yes! Please call our charge by phone number at (317) 776.8181 between the hours of 10a-5p or visit the Taco Bell box office at Verizon Music Center, open only on the day of the public on-sale (2/24) from 10a - 2pm.

Accessible Orders?
Please call us when tickets go on-sale at 317-776-8181 for ordering accessible tickets. We will take your name and number and the time that you called. A box office representative will call you back to take your order details.

What if my friend and I both want to sit together but want to order separately?
Please combine them into one order on one credit card. Orders that come in separately cannot be guaranteed seating together.

Can I choose my seat location?
Orders are filled on a "best available" basis within any level or section number. You will see your seat locations prior to finalizing the sale.

Premier Parking?
This is the special parking lot located adjacent to the main entrance to the amphitheatre. Premier Parking is included with the Gold Level Jiffy Lube Megaticket packages. You will receive one (1) premier parking pass with every two (2) Gold Level Jiffy Lube Megatickets you purchase.
