What is Megaticket?
The Country MegaTicket is a five-show country music package featuring this summer's hottest country concerts at the Comcast Theatre. Purchasing one MegaTicket gives you access to all five concerts in the package.

Benefits of the 2012 IGA MegaTicket include a ticket to each of the five concerts and the ability to secure tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Reserved ticket holders get the same seat to each of the four shows, plus one VIP parking pass per pair of tickets.

The General Admission Lawn Package offers a unique opportunity to see all five concerts “under the stars”, the ability to secure tickets before they go on sale to the general public, and a guaranteed lawn ticket to each show.

When do Megatickets go on sale?
The 2012 IGA Country MegaTicket goes on sale Friday, February 10 at 10:00 am. MegaTickets can be purchased online at megaticket.com or charge by phone: 800-745-3000. MegaTickets are available for a limited time only - while supplies last. Quantities at each package level are limited and sold on a first come, first served basis. MegaTicket packages cannot be purchased directly from the venue box office.

Pricing Per Package?
The General Admission Lawn Package is priced at $TBA per ticket. The Reserved Package, which includes the same great seat to all five shows as well as VIP Parking pass (for each pair of tickets purchased) for each show, is priced at $TBA per ticket.

How many can I order?
There is a limit of 8 Megatickets per person. Multiple / separate orders, received from the same person, that take you over the limit will be voided without notice. The limit is in place so that the system is fair and more people are able to participate.

Can I order tickets even if I don't have internet access?
Yes. Please call our charge by phone number at 800-745-3000.

How do I place Handicap Accessible orders?
Please call 800-745-3000 for ordering accessible tickets. They will take your name and number and the time that you called and a MegaTicket representative will call you back to discuss your needs and take your order details. Please note: there is a platform on the lawn to accommodate patrons attending in a wheelchair. No special tickets are required if you are purchasing a lawn package.

What if my friend and I both want to sit together but want to order separately?
Please combine them into one order on one credit card. Orders that come in separately cannot be guaranteed seating together.

Can I choose my seat location?
Orders are filled on a "best available" basis within any level or section number. You will see your seat locations prior to finalizing the sale.

Will I be given my exact seat locations before I am charged?
Yes, except on the general admission lawn.

What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

I am having a problem with my credit card…
Please call your card-issuing bank to resolve problems with your card. We are not able to process a card that is being declined. If you do not see a confirmation code, you have not been charged.

How do I know if my order was received?
You will receive a confirmation email and an on screen confirmation number after your order is completed. Save your order number in case you need it in the future. If you do not find your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your Bulk Mail folder as some ISP’s may automatically file our emails into this folder.

Will I receive my Megatickets in the mail at the same time?
Most likely, but not necessarily. You will receive your tickets in advance of the concert dates. Premier Parking Passes, if applicable to your order, may arrive separately.

What is VIP Parking?

VIP Parking, the special parking lot located adjacent to the main entrance to the amphitheater, is only included in the reserved package, and you’ll receive one parking pass per pair of tickets purchased. To describe further:

Purchase 1-3 Reserved MegaTickets and receive one Premiere Parking Pass for each show in the package. Purchase 4-5 Reserved MegaTickets and receive two Premiere Parking Passes for each show in the package. Purchase 6-7 Reserved MegaTickets and receive three Premiere Parking Passes for each show in the package. Purchase 8 Reserved MegaTickets and receive four Premiere Parking Passes for each show in the package.
