Where is the Susquehanna Bank Center?

Located on the waterfront, the Susquehanna Bank Center is the new name of the amphitheater that's been home to concerts and family events for over 14 years.

What is the Megaticket?

It is a multi-show "subscription series" of country shows at Susquehanna Bank Center in 2008. The shows and price levels are listed below. The prices include 1 ticket to each show in the subscription. One Megaticket, for example, includes one ticket to each of the 5 shows coming to the Susquehanna Bank Center PLUS 1 lawn voucher to the XTU Anniversary Show PLUS additional incentives depending on the package purchased. If you choose one of the reserved seat packages, you will receive the SAME SEAT for all 5 shows (except for the XTU Anniversary Show which you will receive a lawn voucher for).

When does the Megaticket go on sale? How do I order?

Tickets available now. Megatickets can only be purchased online at www.megaticket.com or www.925XTU.com. They are available for a limited time only, while supplies last.

Are there different packages available?

Yes, there are four different packages - Platinum, Gold, Silver and Lawn. Each package offers different incentives. The package breakdowns are below.

*1 parking voucher will be sent for up to 3 Megatickets ordered. So if you order 1, 2 or 3 Megatickets, you will receive 1 parking voucher per show. If you order 4, 5 or 6 Megatickets, you will receive 2 parking vouchers per show. If you order 7, 8 or 9 Megatickets, you will receive 3 parking vouchers per show.

What is a lawn voucher for the Anniversary Show mean?

All you need to do is simply bring your voucher to the XTU Anniversary show and redeem it for a ticket to get in. It's that simple.

Pricing Per Package?

The prices shown are the prices for the 6 show package. For $149 on the lawn, for example, you would get one lawn ticket to each of the six shows. For $379 you would get 1 reserved ticket in the 200-level section for each of the 5 concerts and 1 lawn voucher to the XTU Anniversary show.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover Cards.

How many can I order?

There is a limit of nine (9) Megaticket Packages per person.

How do I know if my order was received?

You will receive a confirmation email and an on-screen confirmation number after your order is completed. Save your order number in case you need it in the future.

Will I be given my exact seat locations before I am charged?

Yes; unless you have purchased a lawn ticket where seats are not reserved.

I am having a problem with my credit card...

Please call your card-issuing bank to resolve problems with your card. We are not able to process a card that is being declined. If you do not see a confirmation code, you have not been charged.

How will I get my Megatickets?

You will receive your tickets by mail in advance of the concert dates.

What do I do if I have a question about my order?

Can I order tickets even if I don't have internet access?

Unfortunately, no. The entire system is set up online, and we are not able to accept orders faxed or in person. If you have a specific question or situation, please call us at 800-431-3462 so we can try to help you.

How do I place Handicap Accessible Orders?

There will be a link on the ticket pages to web form that can be filled out. The form will go to our customer service department and they will help you process the order.

What if my friend and I both want to sit together but want to order separately?

Please combine them into one order on one credit card. Orders that come in separately cannot be guaranteed seating together.

What is the line-up of the XTU Anniversary Show?

The line-up will be announced on 92.5 XTU at a later date.

Can I choose my seat location?

Orders are filled on a "best available" basis within any level or section number. You will see your seat locations prior to finalizing the sale.
