The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom the Code was issued or given. Your purchase or redemption of the Code constitutes acceptance of and agreement with these Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the state of California, without reference to conflict of law considerations. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the state of California. You acknowledge and agree that each party has chosen arbitration rather than litigation to resolve any such dispute, claim, or controversy. You understand that a judgment on any arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. No arbitration under these Terms shall be consolidated with any other arbitration. There shall be no right or authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class action basis with other Code program participants or other persons similarly situated.

LIVE NATION, AND ITS PARENT AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE CODE OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED THERETO.

YOU HEREBY RELEASE LIVE NATION WORLDWIDE, INC., AND ITS PARENT AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE CODE OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED THERETO.
