What is the process for purchasing Accessible Seating Tickets?

Live Nation, on behalf of its clients, strives to make it as easy as possible to purchase "accessible seating tickets" to accommodate various disabilities. You may request tickets for "accessible seating tickets" by calling 1-800-745-3000, by visiting a Ticketmaster Retail Outlet ( http://www.ticketmaster.com/h/retaillocations.html ), or by requesting tickets online. Availability and types of "accessible seating tickets" will vary based on each venue's policies and/or the type of event taking place. Note: Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own "accessible seating ticketing" policies. Some venues sell all or a portion of their accessible seats only through their box office and not through Live Nation.

If you prefer to request tickets by phone or at a ticket retail location rather than online, we suggest that you first verify whether Live Nation is selling "accessible seating tickets" for the event by visiting the Livenation.com web page for the event and clicking the "Request Accessible Tickets" icon.

Please note that the procedure for requesting "accessible seating tickets" (and tickets for companions) online is slightly different than for non-accessible seating tickets. To request "accessible seating tickets" online, follow links on this web site until you arrive at a web page concerning your event, click on the "Request Accessible Tickets" icon, fill out the Accessible Seating Ticket Request Form and then click the 'Submit' button. You will immediately receive an "auto-acknowledgement" by e-mail, indicating that Ticketmaster has received your request and will contact you for further information before acting on your request. Receipt of an auto-acknowledgement does not mean your request has already been processed and completed. Live Nation aims to process online requests for accessible seating tickets as soon as they are received, but heavy volume can result in delays. So, while you may receive an e-mail from a Live Nation eCare Representative within minutes after you have received the auto-acknowledgement, it could take up to an hour or longer before an eCare Representative contacts you. Once the eCare Representative does contact you, he or she will work with you to process and complete your request (subject, of course, to ticket availability). Live Nation's eCare Representatives are on duty whenever the Live Nation web site is up and running. Please note that the web site is down for maintenance for 2-4 hours daily - precise times may vary. During maintenance periods, no tickets at all can be purchased online. Also, if you have submitted your online request for accessible seating tickets shortly before the web site is taken down for maintenance, you may not receive contact from a Live Nation eCare Representative until after the web site has been put back into service.
